The entries are in for the 2018 Limestone Coast Wine Show, officials wrapt with the support.
A total of 499 of the region's favourite wines have been entered; representing 77 producers from all seven Limestone Coast sub-regions.
The two year old Cabernet Class is the most popular for the event, while Pino Gris is the fastest growing category.
The LCWS Committee's Sarah Pidgeon says shiraz has also produced some high numbers of the mammoth event.
Judging will take place at Coonawarra Hall, with exhibits and public tasting set to begin on the 26th of October.
