Adelaide has secured a spot against Brisbane in the AFLW grand final next week after a thrilling 10.10 (70) to 7.4 (46) win over Collingwood at Olympic Park.
The match was see-sawing affair, with six lead changes and wildly swinging momentum.
The Crows led at half time and were then held scoreless in the third term as the Pies roared back to take a 13 point three-quarter time lead.
Adelaide then wrestled control back in the last term, booting 5.2 to 0.1 to come home over the top and book their berth in the big dance.
Their winning score tied the record Melbourne set for the highest total in an AFLW match yesterday.
Erin Phillips was dominant, racking up 21 touches, two marks, three tackles and 3.0, including these two rippers when the heat was on in the last quarter:
The Pies defence had no answer for Sarah Perkins, who booted 4.3 from her 15 touches and five marks.
Brisbane will play Adelaide in the grand final next Saturday, with the time and venue to be confirmed.
